As someone once said, "tell me what you eat, I'll tell you what you are". A people’s character can be deduced just by how someone roasts the meat. A loin prepared in Portugal, in France or England, probably gives more insight into the intellectual differences of these three people than the study of the literature.” This is the permit for this experience. While you’re on tour, visiting Lisbon or Porto, stop at strategic spots for some "tapas", some samples of our gastronomy. There’s no better way of knowing our people than by the mouth.
